FAQ

How to start

When you open the app, the first thing you need to do to get started is creating either a customer alarm or watchlist.

Custom alarms lets you define a trigger for a specific symbol, where you will be alerted.
Watchlists allows you to track the prices of symbols in real-time with millisecond delay.

Alarms

Create an alarm

From the Alarm main page, press the + symbol top right to search

Enter symbol name or code, e.g. Tesla and press search

Select your symbol of choice. The prices showing next to symbols in search result are latest known closing price which helps you navigate to the right symbol.

Target alarm is the default alarm type, but you can select between “Target”, “Day change” and “Trailing” alarms from the top menu.

This alarm alerts you if the specific target price is reached or crossed.

Entry: Default is last closing price, you can change it if you want but not needed. If you already bought the stock, e.g. input the price where you bought it.

Target: The target where you would like the alarm to trigger and notify you, can be both lower or higher than current price.

Realtime: If ON we monitor the price every minute within exchange opening hours, if OFF we only check after market closes once per trading day.

Save and activate the alarm by pressing checkmark icon top right.

This alarm alerts you if the specific change is reached or exceeded.

Change: Set the percent change where you want the alarm to trigger.

Add note: Allows you to add a note about the alarm as text, and tags of your choice/name, to easily find it later among other alarms.

Save and activate the alarm by pressing checkmark icon top right.

Create a trailing alarm

This alarm tracks the top or bottom from the price movements and alerts you if the change from there is reached or exceeded.

Entry: Default is last closing price, you can change it if you want but not needed.

Change: Set the percent change from top/bottom where you want an alert

Arrows“: Select “up” to get notified if the stock price moves x % up from the lowest price tracked or “down” to get notified if the stock price drops x % from its top

Realtime: If ON we monitor the price every minute within exchange opening hours, if OFF we only check after market closes once per trading day.

Add note: Allows you to add a note about the alarm as text, and tags of your choice/name, to easily find it later among other alarms.

Save and activate the alarm by pressing checkmark icon top right.

Adding a note/tag to an alarm

As you create an alarm, it is possible to add a comment and set tags of your choice on the alarm. This enables you to easily find it through the filter option on the main alarm page.

Note, the filter options don’t show until you have +3 alarms created.

It is also possible to change the note and tags if you edit an alarm.

Edit/pause/delete alarm

From the main alarm page, swipe left on an alarm card to view options to edit, pause or delete it.

Edit allows you to change the settings of the alarm. It is not possible to change alarm type (target, day change, trailing), but you can edit the settings within the alarm as e.g. target or change percent.

Delete disables and removes the alarm.

Pause disables the alarm, but keeps it in your list. You can always swipe and activate it again.

Filter/sort alarms

If you add more than 3 custom alarms, the filter/sort widget appears in bottom of the alarm page. Pressing this opens a menu that allows you to apply filters to find the alarms of your choice, or change how they are sorted on the alarm page.

Watchlist

The main list page shows you an overview of created lists, and the first 5 symbols in them (you can sort the symbols manually, to control which are visible directly from the main page). Each list are shown with the name given and date of last known updated price from a symbol in the list.

The specific list page shows you the entire watchlist and the stocks/symbols you added. You get to this by pressing the list.
